Our payment settings list one USDC network: Ethereum (ERC-20). Circle listed 38 networks for USDC on October 12, 2026. A USDC transfer on any other network is not credited to your balance and may be lost.
Can I send USDC on Base or Arbitrum to the 0x address?
No. Base, Arbitrum, Polygon and Optimism use the same 0x address format as Ethereum, but they are separate networks. USDC sent there is not credited to your balance, and the funds may be lost. On the withdrawal screen, the network field must say Ethereum or ERC20.
Can I choose USDC for a hotel refund?
Yes. When an amount is withdrawable, such as a booking the hotel can't honour, you can choose USDC on Ethereum and give a 0x address. The address may be screened against sanctions lists before we send.
Is USDC or USDT better for booking a hotel?
Both are credited at their US dollar value and the hotel price is the same. USDT also works on Tron (TRC-20), where the fee is paid in TRX; USDC works on Ethereum only, where the fee is paid in ETH. Pick the one you already hold.
What is the difference between USDC and USDC.e?
USDC.e is a bridged version of USDC on some networks, not the USDC that Circle issues on Ethereum. We accept only USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20). A bridged token sent to our address does not top up your balance.
