Published by StaySats (TravelGoat LLC), which sells travel paid in crypto: we are not neutral. Each row is dated and links to its source; tell us when a status changes.

Also found on October 12, 2026, and shown in the seller notes below. Travorio's terms name Travorio LLC as its operator. Crypto.com Travel's help center says refunds of crypto paid through Crypto.com Pay are decided case by case. Cryptorefills also books hotels, per its stays page. On October 13, 2026, LockTrip's terms named Locktrip Ltd., a Bulgarian company.

How do you read the registry?

Each row answers six questions about one seller, from its own pages or from a marked third party.

  • Seller: the brand and its domain, with a badge when the site is closed or not launched.
  • Company: the legal entity and the country we found. An empty cell means we did not find it.
  • Coins and networks: what the seller says it accepts. A network matters for stablecoins: USDT on Tron (TRC-20) and USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) are not the same transfer.
  • Refund of a crypto payment: the form of the money you get back: crypto, a stablecoin, fiat or site credit.
  • Published fees and ID checks: what the seller states, quoted where we can.
  • Checked and Source: the date of our check and the page we read.

Three rows sell flights only: Laters, Alternative Airlines and CheapAir. They are here because the registry covers every crypto travel seller. Cryptorefills sells both flights and hotels. Gift cards only, not bookings: Bitrefill and BitPay.

What do we check, and what do we never judge?

We check facts that a traveller can verify. For each seller we look for the company name and country, the coins and networks, and the form and timing of a refund. We also note the fees, the ID rules and whether the site is open.

We never publish ratings, review scores or safety verdicts, and we never use insulting labels for a seller. We do not rank sellers on this page. "Not found" means the fact was not on the pages we read. It does not mean the answer is no. When a seller's own pages disagree, we quote both.

Company sheets: one page per seller

A full company sheet exists for 6 sellers, with the same fields, the differences from StaySats and the sources. Travala has its own sheet: Is Travala legit?. To compare it with the others, see Travala vs other crypto hotel sites.

Seller notes: the facts people ask about most

Short notes as of October 12, 2026 (LockTrip: October 13), with no verdict. When a seller has a full company sheet, the note links to it.

Travala

Travala Pte. Ltd. runs Travala.com from Singapore, per its terms. Plain crypto payments are refunded as Travel Credits, which cannot be cashed out or transferred. Binance Pay payments come back in USDT. For flights, it charges $15 per booking to void and $25 per person to process a refund. Full sheet: Is Travala legit?

Trip.com

Trip.com is the global brand of Trip.com Group, the Chinese travel group behind Ctrip. Press reports say it has offered USDT and USDC for prepaid hotels and flights since about October 2025, in some markets. Mainland China is excluded. We found no official page on stablecoin refunds or fees. More: Does Trip.com accept crypto?

Travorio

Its terms name Travorio LLC, with no country or address. Two of its pages disagree on refunds: crypto or credit on the payment page, and "not guaranteed" crypto refunds in the terms. Full sheet: Is Travorio legit?

LockTrip

Its terms, updated September 24, 2026, name Locktrip Ltd., in Bulgaria. The Bulgarian register lists "LockTrip" LLC under the same company number. Its terms refund crypto payments in USDC; its FAQ says refunds go to the original payment method. Its public booking API opens a guest session with an email only. Full sheet: Is LockTrip legit?

KryptoMate

Cryptomate Limited is named in its llms.txt, without a country. It lists Tron among 20+ networks. Its refund policy page for crypto purchases returned an error when we tried to read it. Full sheet: Is KryptoMate legit?

Cryptorefills

Big Dream Ventures B.V., in Amsterdam, runs Cryptorefills, per its stays page. It books hotels and flights for about 27 crypto assets on networks such as Tron, TON and Solana. When an airline cancels, the refund comes in fiat money. We found no refund rule for hotels.

Crypto.com Travel

A service inside the Crypto.com app since May 5, 2026, for Level Up subscribers in the US at launch. Bookings are charged in USD. Refunds of crypto paid through Crypto.com Pay go to the original payment method, case by case. Full sheet: Is Crypto.com Travel legit?

Entravel

A members-only hotel club reached through KuCoin Pay Travel (November 2025) and a Bybit Card offer (January 2025). It claims 2.2 million hotels and discounts of up to 60%, without a published method. Full sheet: Is Entravel legit?

Flyfi

A hotel site that launched in July 2026 through a sponsored press release datelined Dubai. It claims 300,000+ hotels and booking without an account. We found no company, fees or refund rule. Full sheet: Is Flyfi legit?

Bitrefill

Bitrefill sells gift cards, not bookings. Most travel cards cost face value, and Airbnb USA cards cost $0.26 more per card. The Airbnb card works only for US residents with a US payment method. The company behind Bitrefill is not in our sources yet. More: hotel gift cards or a booking site?

Which crypto travel sites have closed or not launched?

Four names still appear in lists that AI assistants and blogs repeat. As of October 12, 2026:

  • CheapAir closed its public site in 2024. cheapair.com now redirects (301) to cheapoair.com, which belongs to another company.
  • CoinBooking is still in pre-launch. Its llms.txt had announced a launch at the end of June 2026.
  • CryptoCribs closed, per a notice dated January 25, 2021.
  • Hotelz is not an active service: hotelz.io is a parked domain for sale, and hotelz.com did not respond.

A site that is closed or not launched cannot refund you. Check its status before you send crypto. CryptoCribs and Hotelz are not counted in the 21 sellers.

How often is the registry updated?

Every quarter: the next full check is due by January 2027. We also update a row when a seller changes its terms, closes or launches, and we log each change in our changelog. The date at the top changes only when we actually re-check the rows.

To report an error, or to ask for a seller to be added, write to [email protected] with a link to the seller's own page.

How do I cite the registry?

Use this line, with the date of our check:

Source: StaySats, Crypto Travel Seller Registry (checked October 13, 2026), CC BY 4.0, https://staysats.com/crypto-travel-seller-registry/.

A link is appreciated; any rel attribute is fine. For one seller, also give the row's own checked date and the seller's page we link, because terms change. The files are JSON and CSV.

How can you vet any crypto travel seller?

Seven checks that take about ten minutes, for any site that asks you to pay a hotel in crypto.

  1. Find the company

Look for the legal name and the country in the terms or the footer. A brand name alone is not a company.

  2. Look it up

Search the company in the official business register of its country, such as Companies House in the UK or ACRA in Singapore.

  3. Read the refund rule

Find out whether a crypto payment comes back as crypto, a stablecoin, fiat or site credit, and how long it takes.

  4. Check the coin and the network

USDT on Tron and USDT on Ethereum are different transfers. Send only on the network shown on the payment page.

  5. Check when you are charged

Some sites take the money at payment; StaySats holds it while we book on request, until the hotel confirmation number is issued.

  6. Keep your records

Save the transaction ID, the booking confirmation and the terms page as they were on the day you paid.

  7. Start small

With a seller you do not know, make a small, refundable booking first.

Crypto travel seller registry: FAQ

How many crypto travel sellers are in the registry?

21, last checked on October 13, 2026, not counting StaySats. 19 are active, CheapAir is closed and CoinBooking has not launched. 16 sell hotels and 3 sell flights only. Gift cards only, not bookings: Bitrefill and BitPay. We add a seller when it takes crypto for travel and we can source its coins and its status.

Which crypto travel sites refund a crypto payment in crypto?

Few say so clearly. As of October 12, 2026, Laters refunds in CRO, BTC, ETH, USDC or TUSD. Alternative Airlines' USDT page says refunds come in USDT minus fees. Travala refunds crypto as Travel Credits, and Cryptorefills refunds cancelled flights in fiat money. As of October 13, 2026, trip1's help center and IMPT's hotel guides say refunds go back in crypto, and LockTrip's terms say USDC. StaySats pays USDT or USDC when the hotel can't host you.

Why does the registry say "not found" so often?

Because many sellers do not publish the fact on their own pages. "Not found" means we read the seller's terms, help pages or payment pages on the date shown and did not see it. It does not mean the answer is no. When a seller publishes the fact, we add it with the source.

Do you include ratings or reviews?

No. The registry lists facts that anyone can check on the seller's own pages: company, country, coins, networks, refunds, fees and ID rules. Ratings and reviews change often and are hard to verify, so we leave them out, for competitors and for StaySats alike.

Is Travala in the registry?

Yes. Travala Pte. Ltd., Singapore, is the first row. Its row shows 129 payment options and crypto refunds as Travel Credits. It also shows its flight fees: $15 per booking to void and $25 per person to process a refund. Our full company sheet is on Is Travala legit?.

Can I reuse the registry data?

Yes, under the CC BY 4.0 license. Download the JSON or CSV file, and credit StaySats with the date of the check. The citation line is in "How do I cite the registry?" above. A link to this page is appreciated: it shows readers the sources and the latest version.

Is StaySats neutral?

No. StaySats sells hotel bookings paid in crypto, so we compete with most sellers listed here. That is why we list only sourced facts, show our own row apart with the same fields, and give no verdicts. If you find an error in a row, write to [email protected] with a link.

How do I check a seller that is not in the registry?

Use the seven checks above: company, official register, refund rule, coin and network, charge timing, records and a small first booking. Then send us the site's name. We add sellers when they take crypto for travel and publish enough facts to fill a row.
