The Jio World Centre is in G Block of the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), the business district between Bandra and Kurla. Hotels in BKC itself are the closest; Bandra West and Santacruz are a short ride away. Mumbai's international airport is a short drive from BKC. In India, the rule on paying in crypto on the spot is not verified yet: pay the hotel through us, and pay extras in rupees.
Breakpoint 2026, London (November 15–17, 2026)
Olympia is in Kensington, west London, next to Kensington (Olympia) station. Kensington, Hammersmith, Earl's Court and Shepherd's Bush are within walking distance or one stop away. BTC Map lists 86 places within 25 km of central London, but no hotel. You pay us in crypto, and we pay the hotel in pounds.
Consensus Hong Kong (February 1–3, 2027)
The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is on the Wan Chai waterfront, served by Exhibition Centre and Wan Chai MTR stations. Wan Chai, Admiralty and Causeway Bay are within walking distance; Central is one or two stops away. The exhibition opens on February 2–3. TOKEN2049 Dubai (April 21–22, 2027)
Madinat Jumeirah is on the coast in Umm Suqeim, next to Al Sufouh. The closest hotels are in that resort area; Dubai Marina and Al Barsha are a short taxi ride away. The organisers moved this edition from 2026 to 2027, citing uncertainty in the region. Read the travel alert above, and book only once your trip is firm. Consensus Miami (May 4–6, 2027)
The Miami Beach Convention Center is in South Beach, on Miami Beach. Hotels in South Beach and Mid-Beach are within walking distance or a short ride; Downtown Miami and Brickell are across the causeways. Signal Week, Paris (July 6–7, 2027)
The official site lists the Palais des Congrès, at Porte Maillot in the 17th arrondissement, on metro line 1. The 17th, Neuilly-sur-Seine, the 16th and the western 8th around the Champs-Élysées are close. Bitcoin 2027, Nashville (July 15–17, 2027)
The Music City Center is in downtown Nashville, in the SoBro area south of Broadway. Downtown, SoBro and The Gulch are within walking distance. Nashville has no city page on StaySats yet: type the city in the search to see live availability. BTC Inc. announced this edition during Bitcoin 2026 in Las Vegas.
Bitcoin Asia 2027, Hong Kong (August 26–27, 2027)
The official site gives the city and dates but no venue yet. Wait for the venue before you book. Central, Wan Chai and Tsim Sha Tsui are good bases in the meantime, with direct MTR links across the city.
Which conferences have no confirmed dates yet?
As of October 12, 2026, these official sites did not show the next edition:
- ETHDenver 2027: the official site still shows the February 2026 edition at the National Western Center in Denver.
- TOKEN2049 Singapore 2027: the 2026 edition took place on October 7–8, 2026 at Marina Bay Sands; no 2027 date is listed yet.

When should I book a hotel for a crypto conference?
As soon as the dates are confirmed and your trip is firm. Event dates can move: TOKEN2049 Dubai, planned for 2026, was postponed to April 21–22, 2027, after strikes in the region. A non-refundable rate booked for the old dates would have returned nothing.
- Treat the rate as non-refundable until the hotel confirms its cancellation rules with your booking. Then note the exact deadline in the hotel's local time.
- Cover the side events: many conferences have events in the days around the main dates. Check the official schedule before you fix your nights.
- Check the venue: for Signal Week and Bitcoin Asia, confirm the venue first.
- Keep the confirmation number: your balance is charged only when it is issued, and released if we can't confirm the booking in time.
Are hotels more expensive during crypto conferences?
We have not measured it yet, so we publish no figure. Once our own search data exists, our Crypto Conference Hotel Index will compare the median nightly total of each event week with a normal week.
